Target mapping app or software

So I see a lot of people posting pictures of targets with all their shots mapped out and all the calculations on group size taken care of. Is that an app for your phone or how does that work? I would love to be able to do that with my targets. Any help would be great. Thank you

Range Buddy
Ballistic-x (excellent - handles mixed units MOA/inches/meters much better than any of the others but no diary function (yet))
Shooters Diary
TargetScan

Now i tend to use OnTarget TDS on the pc instead.
