I am looking at buying some suppressors from someone who was an SOT, but retired their FFL. The cans are on a tax paid form 3 now from what I understand since he kept the suppressors after retiring his license. If I am correct on this, would these still be a one tax transfer as long as they are in the same state? Anyone have experience with this type of transfer before?
