I am an individual, and I own these suppressors on a Form 4. I will be transferring them to the buyer on a form 4 just as you would fill out as if you bought them from an FFL. Paper is the only option. I have sold a suppressor before, and approval took about 60 days. I am offering this to Texas buyers only as I must sell the suppressor in state.
