I am about to order a TBAC ultra 9CB. Before I do, I'm going to be building a 300 blackout around it for pig hunting at night. it will also be used on my custom rem 700 with a 24inch bartlein rem heavy varmint.. as well as my Gap10 G2 (both are 308 Winchester). The blackout I planned on using a Black hole weaponry 10 inch barrel on with 17inch handguard from unique ar's. Pistol gas length piston kit on it from superlative arms...
so the ultra 9CB being 9 inches, with a 10 inch barrel will give a 19inch over all length for the "barrel" and 17 inch handguard will leave approx. 2 inches out the end of the handguard..to put on the suppressor and to take it off..
I know I will have to order 2 more muzzle brakes for this set up and I'm ok with that. This way the threads are lined up perfectly after timing the brake...
I will be using all my own hand loads...
