TC Bench Mark Weaver Rail

I just purchased a TC Bench Mark in .22LR
I want to set it up with a night vision weapon sight to care of some coyotes near the house.
The rifle came with two short Weaver rail mounts screwed into the top. Will a regular Weaver rail (6" long) screw into it or do I need a special rail? I did not see one on the TC web site
I would really like to put a Picatinny rail on it but don't of a solution

I used a STD Leupold one-piece on mine, so a standard rail should be fine.

You say you used a std Leupold one piece on your TC Benchmark
Did the holes line up or did you have to drill and counter sink new ones?
The fit was stable on top of the rifle?
