Rifle Scopes Team Savage NF scopes

I read today that Team Savage uses modified NF NXS 12-42x56 scopes on their f class rifles. NF swaps out the 1/4 moa for 1/8 moa on the elevation turrent but leaves the windage 1/4 moa.

Do you guys know of or have you had this done by NF ? If so what was the cost for the mod? I'm considering a NF for f class but would like to stick with the NXS line.

I think the NF benchrest version have 1/8' clicks.

I'm trying to avoid the benchrest line because I would like the rifle to be dual purpose if possible.

It was a special deal only done for the teams T/R and Open at the time. However, NF has announced they will be offering 1/8s in the NXS line starting this summer (at least the higher power NXSs.

I sent an email asking about retrofit and was told it will be possible, but they are not sure on the cost just yet. Should be avail in June/July timeframe is what they said.

Just to clarify what Mark said... it was something done for the U.S. F-Class team (both Open & TR), not just Team Savage (whose members also happened to be on the F/TR team).

I may be wrong, but the 'new' 1/8 clicks available are on *both* turrets. I'm not sure they are available on 'just' the elevation.
