Tell difference between Berger. 338 OTM Gen I & II

Anyone know how to tell the difference?

Not without cutting the jackets and measuring thickness.

If you had a Juenke machine you could set it up with a Known GI or GII and then compare each bullet. The readings will change with the different jacket thickness.
