Too bad we cannot make every blue state transplant to the red states write a fucking 4 paragraph essay explaining why the 2nd Amendment is so important to life, liberty, and health, and why the 2020 lockdowns were so detrimental to the nation's well being. 2 paragraphs dedicated to each topic. Answers must be heartfelt and come true from the inside. A real gunnie will easily be able to tell the difference between an answer given by somebody who truly believes in the 2A and somebody who is only trying to impress. ETA: This SHOULD be the procedure for all newcomers to 2A Sanctuary counties and states. It CAN be enforced by local 2A sheriffs and town aldermen. Nothing about a written essay is cruel or unusual or un-American. A lot of hiring departments for various companies do it to make sure that prospective employees don't have shit for brains and know what the job requires. And if somebody sues, the officials can easily retaliate with 'our state/town/city, our rules'. I live in Cali, I hate what has happened to my state. Newsome has enacted the most detrimental polocies the state has ever seen. The homelessness and crime is off the charts. A good friend lost his life's work in his restraunt because of Newsome, all the while Newsome dined out in French restraunts. Homeschooling went through the roof here as parents refused Newsomes mandate for mandatory covid vaccination for their children. Newsome has been the fist governor of the state that has refused to meet with the quarterly board of sherrifs, probably as he does not want to address their concerns. Fentynl overdoses are amongst the highest here and we have not heard a peep of how it will if ever be addressed, the list goes on and on. Newsome is the poster boy for all the costal elites and what they plan for the country.
