Looking to build a custom hunting rifle. The fusion is lighter by a few ounces but is titanium, the kratos lite is slightly heavier but stainless and has 2 piece scope bases. For those in the know any input? From what I have already read after searching. Titanium actions can gall after heavy use. Also I feel like 2 piece scope bases are a draw back with increased fasteners, which I do not desire in a hunting rifle. It will be pretty much only used for hunting, so lower round count.

There’s lots out there.

- defiance anti x
- kelbly nanook
- fuzion stainless in a mountain version to lighten it up
- falkor mt7
- bat vampire/bumblebee

Those are just some of the ones I can think of that at lighter.

Terminus are fantastic actions, but I do prefer an integral rail. Not a deal breaker, but something to cosnider

Not familiar with the Kratos Lite but I have 3 Lone Peak Fuzion actions one of them being a Ti and man oh man are they great actions!! Don’t hesitate!

I prefer one piece scope mounts, I wouldn’t worry about a Ti action on a hunting rig.
