My Terrapin X wont connect to the app or to my Kestrel. Been through the manual and everything. Also trying to register for warranty, but can't because it won't connect to the app to do so. I emailed the Safran rep that I had found on a search here, with no luck. Any one else have a lead?

That was a know error I believe, they should swap it out,
Also give Euro Optics a Call I think they might be a point of contact as well
