congrats to all Texans.
I emailed that link to the members in the Oklahoma House hoping that our Wildlife Department and Game Wardens Association won't derail this thing for us. Both are against this proposal.

Glad TXPWD was able to approve this through admnistrative rule change not law. It's likely this effort would have been de-railed or at least stiffly challenged had it gone through the legislature. Texas Senate and House members got their fill last session with the "pork chopper" bill that legalized selling pig hunts from helicopters.
