Recently had a Kenai 2 HD spotter take a rather unfortunate falling onto concrete decimating the 25-60x variable eyepiece when a friend backed into the tripod.

Called Leupold CS to ask about buying a replacement eyepiece as it had nothing to do with defect and a bit of negligence. Turns out they had a couple for this model available and took my address and shipped it out without hesitation. I even tried to pay and was told no problem.

I just bought a Leupold MK5 for that very reason, great scope but a company that works to take care of it's customers.
