I had an issue with a 1 X 4 IOR scope that I had used for 3 gun for 6 or 7 years. The magnification ring was binding somewhere around 2 power. I called Val at IOR and he asked me to send it back so he could have a look at it. I was contacted today and informed that an upgraded replacement was on the way. Turnaround time according to the tracking number in less than 2 weeks. Thanks IOR!!

Right on. They just got one of mine yesterday and are looking at it tomorrow, they told me to expect a week or so turnaround. I really like IOR glass so I'm hopeful they are on the money, then I can really start recommending them to people.

Good to hear. I'm in the market for couple of scopes since it looks like my PST's will never arrive and I'm strongly considering the purchase of an IOR(6-24x50). Atleast one scope to try them out
