Yeah sure, I sent customer service a message through their website that the sunshade on my NXS would not turn and it appeared to be cross threaded.

I received an email the same day to call their customer service, which I did. They answered the call right away and gave some advice on how to free the sunshade attachment. They emailed a short video on how to do this, which worked just fine.
I can’t figure how to attach the video! Sorry.
