    The image on my approx. 30yr old 10x50 porro-prism binoculars had been getting progressively dingier. I finally called Swaro and sent them in for a cleaning. They're back and as bright as when they were new. A couple of other small problems were also taken care of at no charge. Swaro paid return shpg. and insurance. Thanks to both Swaro and Lynn Lopes who handled the transaction. Employees like Lynn are the face of the company and she was a pleasure to deal with. I was just looking at six bulls, still in velvet, at about 550yds. out in the pasture. The detail an color were great.
     
    I had Swarovsky repair my spotting scope sunshade. It was dropped and while still fully functioning, just made me sick every time I saw it. They fixed it quickly and for 20% of what I was willing to pay! Great product, and even better customer service. With most things, you get what you pay for, J
