Since the Evil has come out against beer. Trump should have Congress write a bill "The Kavanaugh Act". This bill would provide new infrastructure funding to pipe Beer into every home. Just like water, make it a utility.

Then Trump can make the comment we will have those Dems voting Republican for a hundred years.

Joking aside, I knew a guy who was a biochemist at a large biotech lab in Wisconsin. All of the wage labor was unionized. Because the lab had originated out of a brewery, the union mandated stocked beer taps in the break rooms.
