Hey guys,

Just got a new flashlight from Inforce, it is an IR/white light that is small and compact, and is made to fit on any Pica tinny rail. I am posting this because when using IR illuminators and lasers in a CQB environment you tend to get a blooming effect from the laser. I decided to use this IR light in conjunction and found it to be very impressive.

This is the light w/ PEQ15

This is with night vision ANVIS goggles and no illuminators, so you can see how dark it is without while doing CQB and why they are so necessary!

This is the PEQ 15 illuminator and laser on the low setting, notice the bloom of the laser and how big it is

The PEQ illum/laser with the added IR flashlight, notice how it takes away the blooming of the laser

The PEQ laser all by itself, still blooming really bad

And finally the PEQ laser by itself with the IR flashlight, no blooming!

Hopefully the pictures are too big, my screen at work is ginormous, so it is hard to tell?

These lights are available at Tactical Essentials - Tactical Gear, Military Gear, Police Gear and are on sale at the moment, and you can always look up the specs at www.inforce.com , and happen to be a light that Travis Haley likes and recommends plus has a few mounting accessories for them on his web site.

Nice setup. I've read that guys are liking the Inforce.

I've pretty much decided to go with the Inforce wml IR for my newly acquired armasight spark core. I haven't seen too many reviews of the IR function, looks to be rated 75mw, how is the throw? Seems like a great price for a multifunction lightweight setup. Was thinking I'd couple it with a Lasermax uni-IR. Looking to hear details from anybody specifically about the IR of the inforce. Thnx :)
