It appears Delta does not have a policy against singing the Star Spangled Banner and they have reached out to Pamela Dee Gaudry to Ms. Gaudry's satisfaction. Looks like it was simply a lone schnook (possibly naive/ignorant) flight attendant.

This also. The transfer of he fallen soldier is a solemn event and IMO, silence should be observed while the soldier is being removed from the plane.

From the video, it appears that Delta goes above and beyond when transferring the remains of a military member......some flight crew members just don't have a clue.....
