Upon visiting with family and friends, the discussion came around to the Chinese New Years that is happening this weekend. (Right?) So anyways, the question came up, of "what is the critter this year?" and nobody knew for sure.
I then piped up, and said the obvious:
"I haven't got a clue what it is this year, but I'll pretty much guarantee you this; it don't matter what it is, as it'll probably be great fried or smoked or broiled, ergo it's the '<span style="font-weight: bold">Year of the Entree</span>'!"
