    It seems that so many of the athletes become lippy little fucks when given a bit of screen time. It's basically good advice she gave them. They should keep her message in mind anytime they are near a microphone.

    I do agree that whether competing on US soil or in another country, our athletes should worry about performing rather than using the temporary spotlight to air their political laundry (even if it is about something I agree with them on).

    It will be inserting to see if the Chinese use the Olympics to release the next bio weapon on the world. Bring in all the countries, infect them, send them home and infect the rest of the planet.
     
    I am not a Pelosi fan but my opinion is she is giving darn good advice. I think some are disliking the message due to the messenger.
    Don't go to communist countries and think you are going to be treated fairly. Nothing wrong with bashing China once you are home but doing it there is asking for a N Korea type head bashing while in custody for trumped up charges.
    Bash on NP all you want but this message is valid in my opinion.

    I want to see the US come out of the locker room in spar spangled attire with giant, 1980's style boom boxes on their shoulders while blasting "God Bless The USA" Ferocious-like. Kind of like Tyson is his prime, but stopping just short of the crazy shit about eating children and mashing testicles.

    I did not see that she ask for a salute. If so she is wrong.
    I think athletes should always just go compete and keep politics out of it. Or stay home. Just as I think so about the NFL, MLB, Basketball etc. I do not care what actors or athletes think of anything really. I do not watch them due to admiring their intellect. I do not look to them for advice or direction.
    I would not be so sure about China not roughing up a few problem athletes.
     
    The Dems specialize in appeasement, self-interest, and hypocrisy so this should come as no surprise, IMO

Then, when they get back, if they get back, they can spread the word about how their life sucked, then pass that experience down to the rest of their family/friends/other wanabe sports enthusiast(pro & armature), then, maybe, we can see a BIG change in all this woke/socialist/commie crap.
