The kid was a precision rifle instructor for blackwater for over three years and knows more about the workings of firearms and how to use them than anybody I have met. I know that he is also a certified carbine and pistol instructor though I don't think he has taught any courses other than rifle. He is a walking gun encyclopedia and knows how to run them too.

He and other instructors were there every day with the corps teaching shooting and fieldcraft to myself and fellow snipers. He has also done a lot of work for the LE community as a PR instructor.
I don't know what disagreement the two of you had. I only saw what went on between him and the moderator and one other member. It's none of my business though. At the end of the day he's a great guy that's extremely knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help people but never asks for anything in return. I have heard him talk about Steve though but I've never met him. Is he the Defcon that is always in the shout box?
By the way I share this with you as personal information and hope you don't mention it to others. Both he and myself are very humble about what we do and don't like a lot of people knowing. I always get a laugh when we go out for a drink and he answers "home remodeling" when somebody asks him what he does for a living.

Of the scouts out there..(only sniper school I know of for the Marines), were they letting civvies teach it? If I've got the wrong guy.. then fine.
