Gunsmithing This what u get dealing w/ professional venders?

Sent my scope back to NF for minor adjustment, their cs was top notch! Super nice and fast response both on the phone and in email. Quoted 4~6weeks due to another mil. project, but made it to send my scope out in less than 3weekd. Even did 2days air.

Since my scope was out, I decided to send my rifle to Randy @ R+D for some custom work. Randy is so professional and honest when giving advise on what's needed for my rifle. Quoted 4weeks also due to other LEO projects he had going on. Guess what 7days later, I got a call from him on the way back home from work today. "you can come pick up your rifle anytime, it's done". Now I can hardly wait to pick her up!!

Is this what you get when you deal with real professionals?

Big props to both Randy and NF, you sure make one happy customer today.

Wouldnt expect anything less from Randy, he is one of the good guys! No experiance with NF so cant comment on that. Now USO, boy do I have some good things to say about them

It depends on the professional you are dealing with. Those two are excellent, there are a lot that will lie like a rug. When you find an excellent vendor like that they should be rewarded with customer loyalty and recommendations to friends, like you are doing here.

Businesses constantly let me down as I've said before.
Randy is a great guy and an exception to how most people do business. He even helped me excell in my business. He had no reason to do so other than he is a kind person.
