Does anyone here have any time behind the THLR reticle that is available in the ZP5? My use would be for a HNT26 that is supposed to do double duty as both a lightweight precision rifle and a hunting rifle. It seems to solve the issues I have had when trying to get my FFP optics to serve me well when set on minimum magnification in the deep woods.

I have a ZP5 with the THLR reticle, very similar purpose as you. The reticle is visible on low power on all sorts of backgrounds. Isn't ideal for range settings, but still gets the job done. Overall, I like the design and find it serves the purpose you have outlined quite well.

Another option from Minox is the ZP5 3-15x50 with the MR2 reticle. It's one of the better ffp reticles I've used in terms of usability at all magnification ranges.
I have wanted a 3-15 for a long time and have never seen one in stock anywhere, but for this purpose I really prefer the 5-25 mag range. I went ahead and placed an order for the THRL 5-25 model from BH Photo but it is on back order with no estimated date of delivery.
