Thompson Center Encore Lovers?

I would love to make a build of one of these as a coyote and deer gun.
Pros and Cons about them.
Any other information you want to include too.
I searched but couldnt find a legit thread on these.

I will not pretend that to say that an Encore is as accurate as a custom bolt action rifle. But most wil shoot as well as standard factory out of the box rifles.

I have a few Encore and Contender frames. And several barrels. I guess what I like about them is they fit well, so it is easy to put together a semi-custom rifle for a decent price. I have a couple of stocks built exactly the way I wanted, and the rifle fits me well.

And actually I prefer a single shot rifle. Try one. If you don't like it they are easy to sell. Tom.

I have 2 encore frames a contender frame and more barrels than I can shoot. They can be accurate but they can be finicky also. If you're looking for more information on Encore's and Contenders do a web search for Specialtypistols.com its a whole sight dedicated to specialty pistols such as the encore contender xp's moa's etc. and has a nice single shot/carbine section too in regards to the encore/contender carbines.
