I have totally begun rethinking my doubts about the qualifications of our 33 year old rookie coach, Raheem Morris! Perhaps there is brilliance there given the lack of star talent on the Bucs. As head coach and defensive coordinator, he seems to be making serious progress.

Two things have surfaced in the past 24 hours since that... game. Now that the initial shock and disgust has worn off, I realize that the team that up until this season has been lucky to finish 8-8, is 13-2. The big picture was lost and in the great scheme of football they have achieved more than a great season.
Secondly, this is still a championship year for the greatest franchise in sports history. My love of baseball exceeds my passion for football. No matter what, the Yankees have #27.

And the season is far from over for the Saints. Sometimes people need to step on a couple rakes to get their shit together. The Bucs are coming together but likely have a long way to go. The Saints are still in great shape for big things yet this season.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, been a Tampon since 1977! Still a RedSox fan but with the Yankess here in Tampa for spring training and Mr. Steinbrenner's generosity all over our city, it's downright ungracious to dislike the Yanks.
But I still loathe the Mets
I didn't take your venting about our Bucs too seriously, afterall it's bad form to pile on when a person is heartbroken.

I'm a life long Giants fan (yes I know they suck) but I lived in San Diego for 4 years and met Stan Humphries when I worked at Club Tremors in PB...so I don't have a hard time rooting for them and will agree that they may wear Super Bowl rings this season.
