what Lenght of Pull are you using, do most folks get into 13" to 13.5" range?

The spacer system with plate, spacers and pad is 2.5" LOP depends on where the stock was/is cut prior to installation.

Standard LOP is 13.5"

I have a McMillan A3 at 13.5" non adjustable, it seems a little long to me, would it be possible to send the stock back to McMillan and have them add the adjustable LOP?

Yes, McMillan can install the adj. spacer system for you. I think it's $130.00 installed

Mine's at 14 1/2". I have long arms and that is what's comfortable for me.

Mcmillan spacer system. About 13 3/4"

14.5-15 for me. I have a jacked up neck so I turkey neck by default.
