So I'm trying to run one optic on two rifles (savage bolt with pic rail, and an AR). The optic won't have anything greater than 50mm objective and a 30mm tube.
Question is:
Those running a riser mount on their AR; what size rings do you run and what size scope? I think if it was minimum clearance, I could just loosen the rings and put it on on my Savage bolt that has a pic one piece rail, and not have a excessive clearance?
The alternative would be high rings to run on the AR and would have very excessive clearance on the Savage.
