You hear that Hollywood is having an anti-SOTU tonight to mock Trump?

I'm hoping he gives a positive speech. Not really concerned with how it will be received by the swamp.

President Trump will probable show his reasonable side, rather than his my-way-or-the-highway side. Some of President Trumps base will be angered because they will fail to understand that he is just denying the Democrats their talking points. Expect Democrats to be enraged no matter what. Expect many of President Trumps base to be disappointed that he is not personally building the wall. At this point it is all about the midterms. I hope President Trump manages to articulate something that gets his base to the voting booth this November.
It won't happen but I think it would be epic if Trump said "would the Sargent at arms please seal the chamber" eerie silence then he continues "because Jeff has arresst warrants for many of you" Heads explode!! LOL
Now that would be something. The only thing better would be 2 screens behind him. One would show Marshals at Obama's residence and the other at Clinton's.
But this time it would be based on evidence not Politics. If they start going down, that video will be one of the Lefts most popular talking points.
Maybe that's why she is not? LOL She will proclaim designated survivor Maxine Waters as President.
In a moment of weakness, I read an article about the Grammy's on Breitbart. I was pleasantly surprised that i didn't recognize 95 per cent of the jackwads on there. Cracks me up to think they have this massive hubris and that it isn't going to chase people off. Besides, the quality of product coming out of Hollywood just gets worse as time goes on (try watching "Dunkirk" if you don't believe me......). I have very little interest in their product and with each passing day, even less so. I don't need to pay for crappy product AND have to listen to their shrieking and caterwauling on top of it. I rather enjoy their continued tantrums. It's like watching a hard to flush turd, swirling around in the bowl. Eventually, they all end up going down the drain, the only variable being how long it takes.
BTW, is Harvey Weinstein in jail yet ? If not, why not ? Hollywood has been predictably quiet about him lately.
No he will not. Yet his remarks will probably be ambiguous enough that some will reinterpret them to say that. Remember this is not a policy set piece, it is an attempt to represent the party to middle America as something that they can count on to lead the country in a moderate direction. The words spoken do not become policy, watch Obumma'a SOTU to see how that works. You shovel out a bunch of shit for the stupid to lap up then do what ever the fuck you please.

Something that irritated me during Obama's SOTU things was the incessant fucking clapping. Same thing in this case...
Never really looked into it before, but found this NPR article that should get the ball rolling.

Why do these motherfuckers clap so god damn much? Let the POTUS speak, for fucks sake.
Note: During Obama's addresses, the clapping usually occurred after some meaningless slogan was said. At least the clapping for Trump was usually after some statement of a completed objective/new objective being declared.
