Hello all,

I was just wondering if y'all could point me in the right direction. I have a Colt Rail Gun (1911) that I need to get a threaded barrel for. I have an Osprey coming in about a month (5 months down, 1 to go). I already have a FNP .45 Tactical but I want to e able to use the suppressor on both pistols. I bought the 9mm cam so I can run my G17 with the Osprey too.

I have read a couple places that not "all" 1911 government barrels will fit "all" Colts. One thread had a guy that bought a storm lake that didn't fit. I know for a fact the threaded Sig Sauer barrels don't fit because I tried to trade one with my brother in law but luckily I checked the fit first.

If this is true, does anyone know where I could get a threaded barrel to fit a Colt Rail Gun?

Fusion firearms. Verify the threads on the can first. Should be .578X28 if I'm not mistaken. What didn't fit with the storm lake one? Hardly any quality barrel is a true drop in though. At the least the bushing should be slightly over size where it fits the slide.
