Gunsmithing Threading Barrel on Les Baer Super Varmit

I have a Les Baer Super Varmit in 6.5 Grendel. heavy 20" barrel. I would like to get the barrel threaded to except my omega can. I know a very competent machinist that can do the threading. I have all of the tools to remove and install barrels on ar15 platform, re torque barrel nut align gas tube and such. Is there anything I need to be aware of to keep the excellent accuracy this rifle has?

I made an extension just for AR barrels so I can work thru the headstock with them. I use a long stem indicator to dial at the muzzle and go in as far as I can reach to dial each point to within .0001. You will be gtg then. Im not a big fan of working between centers if I can make it work going thru the headstock.
