Anyone tried a "thrive" shake. I was reading on survival blog a while ago and read about it. I've been doing it for a month or so and really like it.

* Reconstituted powdered/freeze dried milk as the base, approximately 10 ounces *
2 Tbsp of whey protein powder *
1 Tbsp whole egg powder (Yes, yokes contain important fats that should be included.) *
1 Tbsp coconut milk powder (can substitute canned coconut milk or coconut flakes) *
1 Tbsp fruit/veggie powder *
1 Tsp cocoa powder *
1 Tsp honey *
1 Tsp chia seed
