Selling a brand new TBAC ULTRA 9 Gen 2 30 Cal CB mount suppressor in black - it is sitting at the FFL now and I have not fired it.

Plans changed and I am wanting the TBAC Magnus instead for a 300 Norma Magnum.

A form 4 is for transferring an NFA item from SOT to an individual…which I am not an SOT. I am an individual who purchased it and had it sent to an FFL/SOT, where it is now sitting. The only way it gets to you is via a form 3.

Well, gets from my SOT to your SOT, who then files a form 4 for you and once approved transfers to you. Basically if you buy it, it’s going to be sent to your FFL who will then file your paperwork for you.
