I am a little late to the party but so happy to have 2 ZCO scopes sitting on my rifles. Not much more to say about the glass, it’s out there and it’s known how great it is.
What is a huge advantage with this company is the access to the people running the company and the almost immediate help you get. You can see some images below of the condition Mr. UPS man delivered one of my scopes last week... to say I was slightly horrified is an understatement. As I opened the box to examine how bad it was I was even more upset when I saw the scope box itself was as battered as it was. Luckily, I found the scope inside to still be fully intact and after some quick tests determined that it was still 100% operational. We all have our issues and mine is being a little OCD, the thought of paying $3000+ for a scope and having a box that looked like a ran over it did not sit well with me.
I sent some photos to Nick Gebhardt of what was in my possession and he was just as horrified as I was. He worked on getting me a new box and contents sent out and added a few extras inside as well. They even reprinted a new label for the box that had my serial number on it so everything would match. I reached out to him last Thursday and today a new box arrived. Thanks @gebhardt02 and Zero Compromise...now to sell one of my kids so I can afford a 4-20!

I'm OCD too, and would send that back for a replacement or I would always be worried about it.

I guess there is truth to the saying that putting a "Fragile, Handle with Care" sticker on your package is the surest way to make sure it gets beat to shit by the carrier.

A friend of mine worked for UPS for years and he's told me many times that "Fragile" means "Try to break this".
Haha, thats what I said...funny thing is I had my first ZCO delivered a few days earlier, from the same location, and it the box looked like it road on a fluffed pillow the whole way. Not sure why this one ended up being the punching bag for their stress...

That box looks like it was used for a wheel chock, for said UPS truck, that had a flat on the side of a busy Interstate. I'm kinda anal about certain things and yes, that would have bothered me. Glad scope looks and works as advertised. Mac(y)

I just had that same feeling today. Ordered a little over $2,000 worth of Berger 140 grain 6.5 Creedmoor. It was shipped in a box too large for the contents, the individual boxes inside look a lot like your scope box. And to top it off it’s not even the same lot! Glad to hear your scope is in good shape though.
