Tier - One bipods any info?

Has anyone used one? How does the cant function work on the Evolution Tactical bipod?

I want to try one, but it looks like you'd need a spigot or a tubular forend tl clear the cradle.

I know I'll end up buying one of their scope mounts.

I tried one, and sent it right back. Would not fit any rifles or Ar's i have. You would need a extended pic rail past the forend to make it work

The quality of build seemed as good as all the other tripods I have used. Just a poorly thought out mounting and clearance design .
Im not a fan of Spartan bipods but his new Valhalla tripod looks good for its weight

I hadn't seen that one. Looks like it'll clear a tubular forend with some space left over.

It’s worth contacting them. I told them I couldn’t get the clearance on the AI. They altered it or re-machined? Anyway works a charm now. I’m not sure if they revised the design afterwards, I believe they assumed people running the AI would use the spigot attachment and not the pic rail. Worth a check as it’s a decent bipod.

For the OP the cant function works on a friction screw at the front, which can be swapped out for a podlock if so desired. Should be a tier one YouTube video walking through it if I remember.

Nice, I doubt it extends far enough to clear the front of my Sentinel.

Tier One says the bipod will clear up to 50mm.

I asked Spartan the same thing, but they haven't gotten back to me yet.
