Tikka .223 Varmint barrel ba

I have a Tikka T3x blued barreled action. It comes with both action bolts bottom plastic and 6 rd magazine. 1-8 twist

The guy I bought it from had it threaded 1/2-28 and it's still at 24"

He said he never shot it and I havent either. It looks new but cannot verify. No wear or Mark's on bolt body of face. Maximum very low round count.
