Gunsmithing Tikka 6.5 PRC

So if I was to buy a tikka with the thought of rebarralling to 6.5 PRC, which is better, 300 wm or 300 wsm?

It’s all the same action if I remember. Just different bolt stops.

Are you going chassis or keeping factory stock?

Factory for now, just tired of carrying MarkV around. A McMillan is not out of the question tho. Would put the aics bottom metal on either way.

Make sure you get the T3x. It has a steel recoil lug that handles this better.

Either 300 WM or WSM would work. Tikka's work great for the WSM/SAUM/PRC rounds
