I'd like to use a bottom metal like the red snake tactical on a tikka action with MDT tikka mags for a 7 SAUM. The MDT mages are 3.56 vs the typical LA of 3.715. I could have a friend Tig it and then machine it to fit the mags, but I was wonder if using shim material and devcon would work well? Thoughts?
