Tikka T1x Not Ejecting Properly

My Tikka T1x in an MDT LSS-RF chassis is not properly ejecting rounds. It always extracts fine, but the spent rounds are not getting kicked out of the action, and I'm having to sweep them out with my finger after each shot. Except...I feel like the last round of every magazine ejects just fine (I can't say this for sure, but I'll pay closer attention the next time I hit the range.)

What are the first things I should look at?
