Tikka t3 action wrench

Does anyone make a action wrench for the tikka t3? I have a switch barrel project but can't seem to find an action wrench.

I thought about that but they are the only ones that make barrels for that system.
I just want a action wrench so when I have a smith make me a barrel or two I can just swap them out.
