Tikka T3 long vs short action question

Is the T3 action the same length in short action and long action.

I thought that I read they are the same length.

Here is what I am trying to do.

I have a tac A1 260 I placed in the MPA action. I am looking to purchase a 300 Winchester magnum as well. What I am asking is would I be able to use the MPA Chasis with both actions.

I would like to purchase a manners stock and switch each action between the two stocks

The mpa takes short action mags. 300 wm won't work. You could do a 300 wsm though.

Tikka actions are all one length though, you just have to change the bolt stop to allow the bolt to have a longer throw for long action cartridges.
