Tikka T3/Sako A7 barrel, same as TRG?

I've heard a rumor on a different forum that the T3, and the A7 share a barrel with the TRG. I've tried Googling, as well as searching this forum, and I haven't been able to turn up anything on this.

Can anyone shed some light?

TRG barrels are "cherry picked" from the best of the lot, if I remember correctly from a Sako guy at SHOT.

Bear in mind that the T3 uses an imperial thread, the TRG uses a metric thread for the barrel shank. Not sure on the A7.
