Gunsmithing tikka t3 scout

I currently have a tikka t3 scout, it a great rifle shoots awesome but want to reach out past 1000 yards. I am looking into either a 260 Remington, 6.5 creedmore, 6.5x47L, or .243. Anyone that can recommend a gunsmithing place that has tikka barrels and can do this. Or somewhere that sales tikka barrels.
