Gunsmithing Tikka T3 torque setting

I need the torque setting for stock to action screws for a T3 varmint in .223 with a bedded factory stock..any help much appreciated..Thanks

Wood or the plastic. As a good round number thou 40 to 65 Inch pounds. but 40 should do you.
