Tikka T3X action screws

So I may have messed up. I sold off my chassis for my Tikka T3X Tac A1, just didn't care for it much and let the action screws go with it. Just picked up a Manners T4A off the hide and doesn't come with screws, so will standard 6Mx30 and 6Mx40 Allen or hex screws from hardware store work? Dose manners use something special? Please help me.

Yep buy the right length and get back to shooting

Can you tell me if I'm correct on size length? I did a little research and M6 x 30 and 40mm is what I found.

Oh and yes it was way cheaper than buying the screws from Brownells... For anyone's future reference front action screw is an m6 30mm and the rear is an m6 40mm in length.

Sounds about right, I think I just bought longer screws and trimmed them to the correct length.

I know, I've found them from Brownells (backorder) and mountain tactical. Just don't want to wait.

Use a caliper's depth measurement side and measure the depth of the pillar then go to fastenal or somewhere like that and get the right screws. (they are m6x1mm thread btw)
