Gunsmithing Tikka T3X CTR bottom metal on a Roughtech stock?

I like the feel of the Roughtech stock and I'm not interested in a chassis. I would like to have more than three to five rounds in the mag. Other than relieving the stock, is there any other reason this will not work? I presume that the T3x receivers are all the same. Thanks in advance!
