Tikka T3x CTR SS 20" 6.5CM - Stock Base Issues?

Hello all, new to long range and this great forum. Building my first long rifle.

-Tikka T3x CTR SS 20" 6.5CM
-Vortex Viper PST II 5-25x50mm EBR 7C MRAD
-Vortex Matched Rings
-Hellfire Muzzle Brake

My question is any issues with the stock scope base not being square or other known issues? Plan was to swap for Nightforce X Treme Duty base but they do not make one for the Tikka T3x CTR.
