Accuracy wise? No.
Being able to shoot longer strings? Yes. Ctr is better.
Are either of them the fastest? No. They tend to be on the slower side. I don't know why that is.
There is another difference. The lite is limited to like 3 or 4 rounds depending on caliber. Ctr comes with a 10 round mag and 5 rounders are available.
The good news is that tikkas are consistent enough that shouldered prefits are available from a couple of places.
Also the lite is a little small for threads that you have to spend money to get it threaded.
