Tikka Tac A1 Mag question.

Any 308 Tac A1 owners here?
Just wondering, when handloading for the rifle did you run out of space in the mag? Meaning once you determined the ogive were the rounds too long for the mag?
Being Tikka use their own mags I afraid you can't get a longer one, like you can with AICS mags.

FWIW, 175 SMK .030 off and plenty of room at the end, as I can remember. I would post a pic of how much room I had, but I am fresh out of rounds.

Good to know. My pals RPR in 6 was NFG on I believe 108g. He's I believe 010 though. In his case Magpull bailed him out. I was guessing with Tikka you would be cutting mags.
