Timing my brake

So I got a muzzle brake and decided to time it myself with washers or circle shims of some sort. The only problem is I want the O.D. of the washer to match up with the barrel and the brake itself which is .870". I can't seem to find anywhere that stocks these except places that make them custom for bulk orders. Can anyone help me out with where to find some or what you used/did to time your brake?

Re: Timing my break

Not a big problem if you have a drill press or access to one.

You can stack some washers up on a screw or bolt, chuck the bolt up in the chuck of the drill, turn the drill on and turn them down to your desired OD with either a file or sand paper.

Problem is, making sure that the ID of the washers is such that the washers don't deviate significantly from the OD of the screw/bolt while you're reducing the diameters.
