I know alot of people really like the 510, and now I hear alot of praise for the Calvin Elite... Is there really a good reason to go with one over the other?

The CE 'seems' to have a 'cleaner break'.

The CE has an adjustment range of 8oz.s to 2.5lbs. The 510 is 1.5lbs to 4lbs. Like the OP, I'm looking for comparisons, especially if both are adjusted in the 2lb. range. I've also read that the CE is prone to failure in dirty conditions. Can anyone make a comparison between the two in terms of reliability?
I shoot in the Mojave Desert-No issues with silt that I have encountered.

I just put the first 25 rounds thru my 300 wm since installing 520 CE. It is an amazing trigger. It felt very smooth. It broke extremely cleanly. Probably the best trigger I've owned thus far.
